My three kids, well, let’s just say we’re still trying to help them adjust. It’s funny how little ones become such creatures of habit. As if moving from our old house to a new house wasn’t hard enough for them, their poor little bodies haven’t seemed to adjust to our new time zone either. And getting up two hours earlier in the morning because they don’t realize its only 5:00 AM makes for one really tired mama. You would think that because of this, the little stinkers would be worn out and ready for bed 2 hours earlier, but that’s not the case. Oh well! Looking on the bright side, it gives me 2 more hours to unpack and get the little luxuries like cable and internet hooked up so we can be connected again. Luckily several people that my husband works with told us we had to look at satellitestarinternet.com because they had excellent prices. Thank goodness we liked what we saw and were able to get hooked up in no time so we’re back in touch with the world again…even though we’re thousands of miles from our old lives.

Flu

Review

direct tv channels because last week I had the flu. My husband kept telling me that I needed to get the flu shot and I kept putting it off like an idiot. I just never found the time to drop by the pharmacy and get the shot. I really paid for it last week because I was so sick. I literally couldn’t move from the bed. I only got out of the bed if I was feeling nauseated or had to go to the bathroom. I haven’t been that sick in a long time. The doctor even made a house call. I was confined to the bed and didn’t feel like doing anything. I didn’t even feel like catching up to work e-mails. I did feel like doing anything but watching television. I watched everything from “the View” to “Law and Order : Special Victims Unit” marathon. If we didn’t have all of those television channels I wouldn’t just be in bed really sick, I would be in bed really sick and really bored.

Dream House

Review
<guid

I’ve literally spent years dreaming of this house, but when you’re raising four kids, their needs always come first. We decided to build on Lake Lanier because it’s not too far from my job, and we’ll still be able to enjoy living on water-front property. As we built the house, our budget kept getting bigger and bigger. We’ve used almost all of our nest egg to build it, but that’s what it’s for, right? After we decided to buy new furniture, since I couldn’t stand the thought of our twenty year old furniture being in this brand new house, we decided to add a security system. My husband found one he liked at HTTP://AllhomeSecurity.com. It seems kind of silly to have a house at the lake with a security system, but these days, I don’t trust anybody. We’ll be moving into the house in two weeks, and I couldn’t be more excited!

All About California Short Sale Process

Short Sale
<guid

The difference in the actual due mortgage and the sales proceeds is covered in the form of the loans by the seller. This article intends to serve as an online guide for explaining the California short sale process so that both the seller and the buyer have clear understanding about the details of California short sale process.

A California short sale process is never too easy for the sellers – as it disturbs the credit rating of the sellers, apart from making them lose the property, without them gain anything in return. The bank or the lender also goes through considerable hassles – in the form of cost for the legal processing of the documents, not to mention the settlement of the due mortgage in many cases. It is only the buyer who can make a profit out of the California short sale process – in the form of a worthy investment at a lower price than the market prices.

Finding a good realtor or sales representative is important, so as to be able to negotiate the costs for California short sale process properly. A realtor would also help in bringing in good property deals, according to the preferences specified by the buyer. Making an offer that is acceptable by and sellers and the lenders alike is not difficult- it just takes being patient and observant about the market prices.

The California short sale process deal can then be closed successfully after negotiation, after the lender has transferred the necessary documents to the buyer.

2011 Home Decoration Trends

Home Improvement
<guid

If you can afford to redecorate your house every year, this might sound appealing, but the key is to find something timeless that can be updated or mixed up after a few years.

It is still a good idea to keep an eye on these trends; no one wants to have their living room stuck in the nineties or a bath suite that would only look right in the eighties.
These are the looks that are hot for 2011.

Color wise – this year is about the color pink, a shade called ‘Honeysuckle’ in particular. This is a vibrant color that should be used in small doses so as not to appear to sickly. Work it sparingly into your décor through bedding, pillows or, on a larger scale, create a feature wall with it.

A mixture of antique and modern appliances and accessories will be key in adding a bit of wow factor to your home this year. Be careful not to let your home become too cluttered but group together contrasting items in small clusters of three or five. Odd numbers just seem to work a little better when it comes to arranging items to look attractive.

Get personal – feature walls have become very popular but people tend to opt for a strong color or bold wallpaper print, try something different and create a wall cluttered with an assortment of photo frames. Make your home look lived in and have your favorite memories on display for all to see.

Finally; go gold. Gold furnishings are fabrics are very popular at the moment and a lot of brass is being seen alongside gold cushions and throws. This might be a look you consider trying in a lounge or bedroom. For real extravagance go for gold leaf wherever you can. Use it sparingly but choose the right places and it will be extremely effective.
Decoration is about your own taste, so take these trends and make them your own to really get the best for your home. href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blYNRnxjgYU">rmcn (check out their youtube rmcn video). Services that help with credit can get you on the right track, but be careful of any additional or surprisingly fees. You don’t want to end up paying more in the end. Ask lots of questions!

Finding the Right Furniture

Review

leather tufted sofa and leather seats for a new dining table. I would just love to get some antique white bar stools, but I know the fate of what happened to my white seated dining table. Maybe in the short future I can make some pretty and fancy purchases, but not with a 4 or 2 year old in the house!

There are quite a few places to shop online, but I’m always looking for the best deal which includes shipping fees, discount codes and return policies in case the items are delivered damaged and I need a replacement. If you know of a few, let me know. I’m also in the market for an extra wide pet gate for when my husband finally buys a chocolate colored Labrador and I’ll need to reserve an area for the house to be left untouched and a place for myself!
